Are you a proven leader with a demonstrable track record of success and innovation within education and/or a public health-related field?

InterActive is seeking to hire a Programme Leader to head the creation of public health content on a variety of projects within one of our university partnership. As part of a team of academics, e-learning specialists, resource managers, and producers, the Programme Leader will collaborate regularly to effectively manage content creation.

The Programme Leader should be an inspirational leader with the enthusiasm to create and add to a unique and productive working environment. Strategic thinking skills and a commitment to embedded excellence are essential traits, to be used in assuming a key role in the growth and development of the organisation and in building its reputation as a high-quality e-learning enabler within the sector.

Additionally, the Programme Leader will build a team of content creators, working together to create programmes on a regular basis. The management of this team will be an essential part of the position.

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to the formation of strategy and plans for the creation of public health-related content and projects requiring such content

Recruit and develop a team of content creators in the same field

  • Support and develop programme leadership within the team and wider community

  • Ensure the delivery of appropriate and relevant team contributions in a timely manner

  • Create academic scripts and supplementary learning materials for educational learning videos

  • Create comprehensive academic delivery outlines for courses. This includes:

  • Generating course, module and unit introductions

  • Devising practice exercises and tasks in different formats

  • Creating the structure of the course and a breakdown of relevant topics for each section of the course

  • QA existing academic material (video scripts as well as academic course outlines)

Work with Executive Director for Innovation & Product and Head of Content Development for further innovation and improvement of the academic delivery, content, and overall product


Applicant Requirements:

  • Management experience and experience in higher education

  • A post-graduate degree in a health-related field

  • Knowledge of the public health industry and current practices
