Are you a proven leader with a demonstrable track record of success and innovation within education and/or an arts enterprise, arts management, or creative field?
InterActive is seeking to hire an Academic Lead to head the creation and programme delivery of arts content on a variety of projects within a number of partnerships. As part of a team of e-learning specialists, resource managers, and producers, the Academic Lead will collaborate regularly to effectively manage content creation and teaching workload.
The Academic Lead should be an inspirational leader with the enthusiasm to create and add to a unique and productive working environment. Strategic thinking skills and a commitment to embedded excellence are essential traits, to be used in assuming a key role in the growth and development of the organisation and in building its reputation as a high-quality e-learning enabler within the sector.
Additionally, the Academic Lead will build a team of content creators, working together to create programmes on a regular basis. The management of this team will be an essential part of the position.
As a constituent part of Global University Systems Group, InterActive sits alongside organisations as diverse as the University of Law and GISMA Business School. It's a strong foundation on which to build, and the possibilities for the right candidate are substantial.
We look forward to hearing from you if this sounds like a challenge that would inspire you.
